The purpose of yoga is to establish harmony between body and mind which leads to a healthy and disease-free life. Regular practice of asanas increases strength and flexibility of the body system.
A daily yoga schedule in the early morning section from 6.30 am to 7.30 am as a lifestyle routine is the monthly basis of attending all sessions. By prior informing it is suitable for each age group. It is a unique combination of stretches and asanas, pranayama and anatomical correcting, and warming exercises, for a one hour session.
Classes are supervised by the doctor, and with his advise and guidence you will get beneficial results.
Shad Kriyas are included in the session at the end of the month and course of daily practicing students.
